Job summary

Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior ROV Pilot Technician to lead and execute complex ROV operations offshore. You will mentor pilots Grade I & II and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all tasks.

The role requires extensive offshore availability, advanced fault-finding skills, and hands-on expertise across electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems, supporting subsea construction and inspection activities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to pilot ROVs with precision in challenging offshore environments.
• Strong electrical, electronic and hydraulic fault-finding capabilities on ROV systems.
• Validated safety-first approach and effective planning for complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced ROV piloting operations for construction, survey, inspection and tooling deployment.
• Oversee launch/recovery, deck coordination, and safe working practices on offshore missions.
• Diagnose faults across ROV subsystems and perform planned and corrective maintenance.
