Job summary
Rosenxt Group is seeking a dedicated ROV Pilot/Technician based in Aberdeen to join the Autonomous Subsea Robotics Field Service Team. You will test, operate and maintain our ROV fleet, move from R&D testing to real-world deployments, and provide feedback to drive ongoing development.
This permanent role combines flexible hybrid office/workshop duties with offshore work, requires UK citizenship and travel, and offers a comprehensive package including 30 days leave, pension, private medical, life
Qualifications
- Proven background as ROV Pilot/Technician in nearshore or offshore environments.
- Certification as ROV Pilot/Technician or equivalent competency level.
- Experience integrating sensors to ROV platforms and performing maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation, setup and execution of testing plans for ROV platforms.
- Provide field feedback to R&D to improve engineering and capabilities.
- Support testing and deployments in tanks, lakes and open ocean.
- Collaborate with tendering teams to support bids and deliveries.
- Maintain and service ROV platforms to ensure reliability.
- Ensure activities meet Quality, Health, Safety and Environment standards.
