Responsibilities

• Manage multiple flat roofing projects from pre-start through completion.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and site resources.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and manufacturers.
• Review drawings and technical details prior to installation.
• Monitor programmes and manage risks, delays and site issues.
• Lead meetings and oversee variations and commercial performance.
• Ensure quality, health & safety and site management standards.
