Allwyn UK is seeking a Senior Analyst - Performance Marketing based in Watford. You will define analytical products to optimise ROI and ROAS from paid media, working with Marketing and CRM teams and a media agency to translate business questions into actionable insights.

In this hands-on role, you’ll build datasets, dashboards, and automated outputs using SQL, Power BI, and Python or R; deliver deep-dive analyses of channel and audience performance, and support MMM activities while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing analytics.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical products and dashboards.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python or R for deep-dive analyses and automation.
• Understanding of ROI, ROAS, attribution and data quality in marketing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define analytical products enabling paid media ROI/ROAS optimisation with clear use cases and criteria.
• Collaborate with performance marketing stakeholders, CRM teams and media agency to align definitions and data.
• Deliver analytical products from discovery to deployment, including validation and documentation.
• Build reusable datasets, dashboards and automated outputs using SQL, Power BI and Python or R.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on channel, campaign, audience and customer performance; recommend optimisations.
• Work with data engineering and tech teams on tracking specs, data integration and quality checks.
• Support MMM inputs, validate model findings and translate results into investment decisions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders; support adoption.
