Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Risk Manager to join our Integrated Programme Controls team, based in London or other UK offices. You'll implement and advise on Risk Management solutions for major infrastructure projects across sectors, engaging with senior stakeholders and clients to understand risk exposure and governance.

You'll develop Risk Registers and Plans, perform quantitative analysis (QCRA/QSRA) with tools like Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser and @risk, coach teams, and support cost,

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in risk management, with at least 2 years on high value projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree or risk management qualification (MOR, APM Risk, IRM).
• Experience with industry risk management tools and QCRA/QSRA analysis.
• Experience using Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser and @risk for quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of ISO31000, risk management methodologies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project teams to ensure effective risk management implementation.
• Provide direct risk management input to bids and proposals to secure new business.
• Perform risk assurance checks to ensure quality of project risk management.
• Communicate risk data to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor staff in risk management best practices.
• Facilitate identification, assessment and prioritisation of risks.
• Develop Risk Registers, Risk Management Plans and Risk Mitigation Plans.
• Conduct Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA) using tools such as Safran, Primavera Risk Analyser, @risk.
• Design and implement risk management frameworks for projects and programmes.
• Support cost, scheduling, project controls and change management teams.
