Job summary

CMR is seeking a Risk Manager for a Major Infrastructure Project in London. 2 days on site, 3 days remote. Immediate start.

You will lead project risk management, develop robust risk insight, and model cost/schedule uncertainty within a major capital delivery environment. You will collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Cost and Project Management teams to ensure risks are captured, quantified and actively managed, enabling informed project decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project risk management role within major construction, infrastructure or complex capital projects.
• Strong understanding of project risk management methodologies and quantitative risk analysis.
• Experience undertaking QSRA and QCRA.
• Experience developing/maintaining risk registers and risk models.
• Understanding of risk, cost, schedule, contingency and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project risk registers with causes, events, impacts, probability and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate risk identification workshops with project stakeholders.
• Challenge teams to ensure risks are identified, assessed and managed.
• Undertake QSRA and QCRA to assess uncertainty impacts on outcomes.
• Develop and maintain risk models including cost/schedule uncertainty.
• Support development of risk allowances, contingency and reserves with quantitative analysis.
• Analyze cost and schedule exposure and provide insight on P-values, confidence levels and outcomes.
• Provide risk input into forecasts, baselines and change control.
• Produce risk reports, dashboards and management information.
• Collaborate with Planning, Project Controls Leads and senior stakeholders.
