Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and delivery of the Diligenta Risk Management Framework to ensure clear accountability for risk management, with processes and mechanisms for effective identification, assessment, management, reporting, and escalation of risks within the business and on behalf of clients.
- Play a key role in delivering contractual obligations and SLAs related to risk management to clients.
- Provide input to the ongoing development of the Risk Management Framework, assist the business in understanding and managing risks, and ensure training in relevant tools.
- Offer education, guidance, and support to management in risk identification, assessment, and use of risk frameworks and tools.
- Produce Risk MI and reports aligned with SLAs and timetables that accurately summarize current risk positions and support management decisions, including reviewing risk reports from other areas.
- Engage with clients as needed to discuss risk management processes, issue resolution, or reporting.
- Conduct analysis and investigation on projects to facilitate understanding and assessment of risks within the business and its processes.

- Experience with risk management software and adaptability to new systems.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a risk-related role.
- At least two years of experience in financial services with knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Relevant professional qualifications (FCA, AFPC, IRM, Insurance) or a willingness to pursue such qualifications are desirable.
