The Role

As a Senior Consultant - Risk Manager, you will deliver risk management solutions to clients, helping identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Risk Strategy & Project Leadership: Develop and implement risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align risk initiatives with business goals.
3. Risk Assessment & Compliance: Identify, assess, and monitor risks, ensuring adherence to standards.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights through risk modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting.
5. Process Improvement & Advisory: Recommend enhancements to governance, controls, and resilience planning.

Requirements

To succeed, you should have a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective collaboration abilities. We seek candidates with:

1. Education & Experience: Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related, with 5+ years' experience in risk or project management.
2. Project Management: Proven leadership, ideally with PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
3. Risk Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, Basel, JSP892) and compliance.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment tools, data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
5. Communication Skills: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and build strong client relationships.
