Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Client Development Associate to join our Risk & Analytics team in London. You will drive growth by connecting sector teams, brokers and client-facing colleagues with Risk & Analytics expertise and solutions.

Your role focuses on identifying client opportunities and developing sector-focused propositions to enable stronger commercial conversations with clients. You will work across multiple teams and sectors, translating market insights into practical

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, risk consulting or related commercial environment.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across teams.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and turn client needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify priority clients, emerging risk themes and opportunities for Risk & Analytics.
Develop sector-focused messaging, credentials, case studies and client materials.
Coordinate pursuit activity, client presentations, proposals and follow-up actions.
Maintain visibility of pipeline activity and progress through to conversion.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and broader client engagement across Risk & Analytics.
