Willis Towers Watson seeks a commercially minded Client Development Lead to join our Risk & Analytics team in London. You will identify client opportunities, develop sector propositions and enable colleagues to have stronger commercial conversations with clients.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with sector leaders and brokers to translate market needs into practical growth opportunities, manage pipeline, and support client engagements across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, risk consulting or related commercial environment.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into actionable opportunities.
• Proven track record influencing stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sector leaders to identify priority clients and opportunities for Risk & Analytics.
• Develop sector-focused messaging and client materials to demonstrate capabilities.
• Support meetings, campaigns and workshops, ensuring follow-up actions.
• Translate market insights into practical recommendations for the business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and broader client engagement.
