Job summary

Market Lavington Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN) to lead a clinical unit in Wiltshire. You will drive evidence-based care, governance, and staff development within a supportive leadership team.

You will oversee medication management, care planning and regulatory compliance while mentoring the care and clinical teams. This senior role offers progression to deputy/home manager roles in a well-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision making.
• Experience leading a clinical team, ideally at a unit level.
• Ability to oversee standards, compliance and performance.
• Mentor and develop staff; communicate effectively.
• Good organisational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the unit.
• Ensure high quality, safe and effective care in line with care plans.
• Oversee governance, medication management and performance.
• Support service delivery and staff development with the Home Manager.
• Act as a role model, guiding and mentoring the team.
