Job summary

Westerton Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an experienced Clinical Unit Manager (RGN or RMN) to lead the clinical and operational aspects of the unit. You will ensure high quality, safe care and maintain regulatory standards.

In this senior role you will oversee medication management, clinical governance, staff development and performance, with progression opportunities towards deputy and home manager roles.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN.
• Experience leading a clinical team, ideally in a unit manager role.
• Ability to oversee standards, compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational leadership of the unit to ensure high quality care.
• Oversee clinical governance, medication management and performance across the unit.
• Support service delivery, staff development and operational oversight.
• Act as a role model, mentoring and supporting a confident, capable team.
