CARE CONCERN GROUP LIMITED is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) for our Lanark care home. You will lead clinical governance, care delivery, and staff development to ensure high quality, person‑centred care.

The role offers senior leadership and progression toward Home Manager responsibilities within a supportive regional structure. You will oversee medication management, inspections and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Experience in clinical governance, audits and compliance.
• Ability to support, mentor and develop staff.
• Confident decision making and problem solving skills.
• Compassionate, professional and resident focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead on clinical governance, care planning, medication management and risk.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide visible hands‑on leadership to nursing and care teams; mentor staff.
• Oversee service in Home Manager's absence and manage day‑to‑day operations.
