• Experience in a compensation, reward or HR analyst role.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience of pay review, bonus and benchmarking processes.
• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including across international offices.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential data.

A top international law firm in the City is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its reward function. You will look after the day-to-day running of the Firm's compensation programmes for business services employees and fee earners, while supporting the global compensation team on wider initiatives and projects.
