My client is a leading and award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor to join their HR team on an ongoing temporary basis.

The Senior Reward & Benefits Advisor will play a key role, supporting various legal divisions and the wider HR team.

The main responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner, and broker queries regarding global benefits.
  2. Collaborating with the Reward & Benefits Manager to deliver support and analysis for annual reward activities.
  3. Participating in global salary surveys and managing benefit renewals, including preparing proposals and communications.
  4. Assisting with salary benchmarking and modelling during the global business services and fee earner salary review processes.
  5. Keeping abreast of market developments and legislative changes affecting rewards in the legal sector.
  6. Supporting reward invoicing and reconciliation processes.
  7. Managing the HR department's reward budget.
  8. Building relationships with benefit consultants and account managers.
  9. Working closely with the HR Data & Systems team.

Candidates should be CIPD qualified with experience in Reward/Compensation within a professional services firm, proficient in HR systems and data analysis, and capable of presenting data to senior stakeholders.
