Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling Council Tax, Council Tax Support or Housing Benefit enquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for customers across telephone and webchat.
• Provide specialist advice on Council Tax and Housing Benefit issues and resolve complex billing and recovery queries.
• Navigate Civica Open Revenues and D360 systems confidently.
• Promote self-service options and ensure high-quality customer service.
