Job summary

Perk is seeking a VP of Data to shape data architecture and analytics across Travel, Spend and Events products. You will lead a 40+ person data organisation, partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations, and drive the strategy that powers AI-enabled products.

This role requires a proven scale-up leader with a deep data stack background (dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau), strong governance, and a track record of delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven scale-up leadership in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
• Led organisations of 40+ people through senior leaders.
• Owned data strategy and budget at executive level.
• Fluency with modern data tools and architectures (dbt, Snowflake, Looker/Tableau).
• Deep understanding of data privacy, governance and compliance (GDPR).
• Built trusted partnerships with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term data architecture and analytics strategy.
• Own data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the company.
• Build and lead a scalable data platform with clear budget and priorities.
