Perk is seeking a VP of Data to lead a 40+ person team spanning Data Product, Analytics, Engineering, Governance and Data Science. You will shape Perk's data strategy, drive governance, and build a scalable data platform that informs AI-enabled products across Travel, Spend and Events.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations to align data initiatives with business goals while growing leaders and establishing a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data organisations in high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to scale teams of 40+ through senior leaders and coaching.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, privacy and compliance (GDPR).
• Executive-level experience defining data strategy, budgets and partnerships across functions.

Responsabilités

• Own long-term data strategy and roadmap for Perk's multi-product platform.
• Set and enforce data governance, privacy and compliance across the company.
• Build and maintain a scalable data platform with budget ownership and prioritisation decisions.
• Unify data standards across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
• Grow leaders, shape operating model and drive a culture of ownership and measurable results.
