Job summary

Argos Creative Studio is seeking a Senior Retoucher to deliver top-tier fashion and still life retouching for PR, campaigns, social media and ecommerce. You will set high standards for all retouching work and mentor the team to maintain consistent quality.

You will also lead AI development to support new workflows, build automated processes for productivity, and ensure creative excellence across channels while leveraging a strong portfolio and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Senior Retoucher with a strong focus on high-end fashion retouching.
• Experience delivering retouching for Ecommerce, Campaign, PR and Social channels.
• Knowledge of retouching techniques, including colour grading, colour theory and finishing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fashion and still life retouching.
• Experience setting and maintaining quality standards across retouching output.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class creative output for PR, Campaign, Social and Ecommerce content.
• Set high standards for retouching techniques, colour grading and finishing.
• Lead the team in AI development to support new workflows and automate processes.
