New Look in London is seeking a Studio Retoucher to retouch ecommerce assets for the brand's extensive product catalog. You will deliver high-quality edits, ensure accurate color representation, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows in a fast-paced studio.

The role demands proactive collaboration with the Retouch Manager and a strong eye for detail. Based in the studio, you will work five days a week, applying expertise in Photoshop, Capture One, and automation to meet daily targets and

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce retouching or creative studios.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One on Mac OS.
• Experience with automation tools and Photoshop Actions.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney is desirable.

Responsibilities

• High-volume retouching delivering consistent, on-brand results.
• Develop and optimize Photoshop actions and AI-driven workflows.
• Ensure accurate color matching and asset management per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Retouch Manager on workflows and quality control.
• Support cross-functional studio needs and meet daily targets.
