Club L London is seeking a Senior Retoucher to join a small, dedicated team focused on delivering photorealistic imagery for e-commerce, campaigns and social content. You will ensure accurate colour representation and maintain brand integrity across a large catalogue.

This role suits a detail-oriented professional with experience handling high volumes, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative approach with creative and product teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Retoucher, ideally in luxury fashion or e-commerce.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent, methodical approach.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Capture One, Lightroom, Bridge, and digital asset management tools.
• Confident use of a Wacom tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retouch high volume e-commerce imagery to brand standards.
• Enhance images while preserving a natural, authentic aesthetic.
• Remove blemishes, smooth skin, and correct lighting and tonal balance.
• Perform industry-standard fashion retouching across fabrics and materials.
• Apply shaping and sculpting techniques with subtlety.
• Maintain layer discipline and non-destructive workflows.
• Remove distractions and extend/rebuild backgrounds as needed.
