Senior Sales Manager Role

The Senior Sales Manager is a true ambassador of the Company. The role involves leading, coaching, and building client relationships. You will be responsible for motivating your teams to ensure sales excellence while maintaining the highest level of customer experience, including close supervision of managers.

Responsibilities
Sales
  • Create a customer-centric culture by reviewing and enhancing our service proposition to exceed customer expectations and strive for market leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Host Store and other concession partners.
  • Take initiative to improve business performance.
  • Review brand performance to inform commercial decisions.
  • Contribute to departmental development aligned with consumer demands and business opportunities.
  • Plan staff scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage in line with core hours.
  • Ensure staff presentation standards are met according to store guidelines.
Service
  • Create a customer-focused environment; train and develop team members to build new and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Monitor test shop results, CRM data, and implement service improvement plans.
  • Oversee client relationship management and client book maintenance to ensure top client experience.
People
  • Recruit new team members with the GM, following company policies.
  • Communicate policies and procedures effectively to staff.
  • Invest in the development of your management team.
  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and senior management.
  • Promote a positive team environment daily.
  • Manage KPIs through performance reviews and demonstrate leadership.
Operations
  • Ensure company and store policies are communicated and followed.
  • Oversee daily hygiene standards and opening/closing procedures.
  • Understand operational standards, including stockroom management.
KPIs
  • Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics such as mystery shopper scores, retention, and productivity.
  • Meet payroll and audit standards.
  • Exceed client book sales targets.
