Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor in Chester to lead store operation and deliver excellent customer service. You will work with store management to drive targets, manage departments, and ensure high standards on the shopfloor.

The role involves handling till procedures, daily planning, training new staff and supporting promotions and product launches. A 16-hour-per-week, full-time-permanent setup is stated, with a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail store environment.

• Able to make quick operational decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Understand store targets and KPIs to ensure delivery.
• Manage store departments and maintain high standards at all times.
• Oversee shopfloor operations including queues, stock issues and merchandising.
• Process deliveries efficiently and ensure commercial shopfloor presentation.
• Undertake keyholder responsibilities and cover store management in absence of managers.
• Handle opening/closing duties, till counts, cash handling, banking and losses.
• Plan daily activities, brief team, and allocate sections to meet daily targets.
• Lead store team meetings, provide training and implement actions from observations.
• Support shopfloor moves, promotions and product launches as required.
• Participate in regular training and adhere to retail standards.
