Liverpool Football Club is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor for our Chester Store. You will be at the heart of the in-store experience, delivering excellent service and making visitors feel part of the LFC family.

Qualifications

• Recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer sales and refunds and focus on customer care.
• Till work: processing cash and card payments.
• Build product knowledge to advise customers on selection.
