Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for the Chester store to lead the sales floor and support management in delivering exceptional customer service and strong store performance.

You will drive targets, manage departments, support promotions, and coach a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced retail environment, while ensuring accurate tills and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail store setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Good numerical and analytical skills for handling tills and store performance.
• Experience driving store targets and KPI delivery.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store targets and KPIs with the store management team.
• Run departments and maintain high standards across the store.
• Manage shopfloor, queues, stock issues and till processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure effective stock and merchandising on the shopfloor.
• Undertake keyholder responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open/close the store, till counts, cash handling and banking in line with standards.
• Lead daily handovers, briefs and allocate tasks to the team.
• Support promotions, product launches and training for staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
