Liverpool Football Club in Chester is recruiting for a part-time Shop Supervisor to oversee store targets, drive customer service and manage daily shopfloor operations. You will lead a team, handle deliveries, and ensure high standards during opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities; able to solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Understand store targets and KPIs to ensure that targets are delivered.
• Run store departments and maintain high standards at all times.
• Manage the shopfloor, including queues, customer issues, stock issues and printing issues.
• Ensure deliveries are received and merchandised efficiently.
• Undertake keyholder responsibilities in the absence of senior management.
• Open and close the store, perform till counts, cash handling and banking.
• Review daily handover documents to allocate daily activities and communicate targets to the team.
• Complete customer service observations and floor walks to maintain high store standards.
• Support shopfloor moves and promotions and prepare for launches/events.
• Support management with training and induction of new staff.
• Participate in regular meetings and training aligning with retail standards.
