Job summary

THG Beauty in Manchester is seeking a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive to shape global social strategy, manage influencer partnerships, and create compelling content for ESPA and other THG brands.

You will collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimise performance, build influencer rosters, and drive revenue targets across markets and channels. The role offers strong development opportunities and a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across markets.
• Cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets.
• Collaborate with Influencer Agencies and build rosters aligned with brand objectives.
• Identify and outreach new influencers; coordinate gifting with PR.
• Optimize performance-driven influencer activity to hit revenue targets.
• Support contract negotiation and paid usage rights for influencers.
• Monitor metrics and adapt campaigns to regional trends.
• Create culturally relevant content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn.
