THG Beauty in Manchester seeks a Senior Digital Activation Executive to manage brand-facing paid media campaigns, working with brand partners and our influencer team to drive growth and deliver data-driven media assets.

You will collaborate with marketing, buying and design to craft multi-platform plans, monitor performance, and report ROI to secure ongoing investment. This role offers regional exposure and career development within THG.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude.
• Strong brand ambassador with presentable image.

THE ROLE

The Senior Digital Activation Executive role in THG Beauty sits within the Retail Media structure. Within the Digital Activation function we work closely with brand marketing leads, buying, trading, core performance channels & design so execute brand-funded media campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, retail & eCommerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. The Digital Activation team are external-facing LOOKFANTASTIC ambassadors & media experts.

As a Senior Digital Activation Executive (Retail Media), you will:

• Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven paid media activity to drive brand growth
• Work collaboratively with our influencer team to commission best-in-class influencer assets for media repurposing
• Develop and pitch multi-platform digital media plans to drive brand partner growth.
• Be responsible for mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
• Support in securing incremental media investment with new brand partners, through effective pitching and communication
• Look a social-first creative ad copy creation working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners
• Be responsible for continuous optimisation of campaigns to agreed ROI targets
• Work collaboratively with wider marketing teams to ensure media is delivered impactfully
• Have a vested interest in learning & development across key media platforms to remain specialist, deliver innovative media strategy, and optimum mix-media activations for our partners

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• 2+ years experienced paid media / digital marketing professional
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• A highly presentable brand ambassador
• META Business Manager / TikTok Ads Manager competent
• Passion for the beauty & retail media industry
