On is seeking a Senior Lead - Retail Design Program Manager to drive a comprehensive retail design program during a 9-month maternity cover. You will bridge visionary design with operational execution, manage budgets, and guide senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in retail project management, retail design, or physical brand operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the retail design program: strategy, timelines, budget, and governance.
• Own and optimize the Global Retail Design program budget across multiple projects.
• Act as functional program lead coordinating Lead PMs and senior leadership with clear status reporting.
• Provide executive-level guidance and governance for vendor contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Deliver hands-on project execution for pop-ups, B2B activations, and SIS layouts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
