SumUp is seeking a Retail Content Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in London. This role focuses on content strategy, copywriting and co-branding across retail channels, including packaging and in-store materials.

You will manage the content lifecycle for major launches and ensure alignment with retail objectives. You’ll collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver SEO-friendly, conversion-focused copy across formats, while upholding brand standards and local compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content management or copywriting for retail, electronics, fintech, or FMCG.
• Ability to translate complex product details into clear consumer-facing copy.
• Experience handling multiple briefs with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own content strategy and delivery for priority launches, including Tap to Pay, new hardware and SumUp’s first consumer proposition in retail.
• Build and maintain retail landing pages and content repositories, writing and updating copy as products, offers and priorities change.
• Shape messaging frameworks across retail funnel from awareness to conversion.
• Write and brief content for retail campaigns and events, including seasonal activity and in-store materials.
• Manage localisation workflows and quality checks for accuracy and compliance across markets.
• Keep the retail content plan up to date with briefs, owners and delivery dates.
