Job summary

Retail Insight is seeking an experienced Insight Analyst to join our Client Analytics team. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that help our retail and CPG clients make better decisions, working hands-on on challenging analytical projects.

You will use advanced techniques, communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders, travel to client sites, and collaborate with Engineering to improve data quality and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, insight or related analytical role.
• Proven track record delivering complex analytics and business recommendations.
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong statistical analysis knowledge with advanced techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducting complex data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Using statistical modelling and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Taking ownership of analytical projects from scoping to recommendations.
• Translating findings into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Presenting complex information in an engaging, easy-to-understand way for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborating with Client Analytics, Engineering and the wider team to improve data collection and quality.
