Arcade is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at our London venue. You will take day-to-day ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring every service runs smoothly and every guest leaves impressed.

You’ll deputise for the Site Operations Manager and General Manager, leading Front of House, Kitchen and Bar teams with confidence and clarity. You'll drive performance, develop managers, uphold Health & Safety and brand standards, and oversee labour, costs and weekly

Qualificações

• Experience leading large, high-volume restaurants (1k+ covers daily).
• Proven ability to train and develop teams.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing compliance.
• Excellent commercial awareness with budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily restaurant operations across departments.
• Deputise for the Site Operations Manager and GM in their absence.
• Champion guest experience through proactive leadership and service recovery.
• Oversee labour forecasting and rota planning in collaboration with the GM.
• Monitor costs and drive commercial performance.
• Uphold Arcade brand standards and communicate clearly across teams.
• Inspire and lead a large multi-department team.
