Job summary

Arcade is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the leadership team at our Tottenham Court Road kitchen. You will support the Senior Sous and Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality and leading training.

You will manage prep schedules, stock and budgeting, uphold health and safety standards, and coach junior chefs to deliver bold, high-quality dishes across multiple brands in a fast-paced, collaborative setup.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high quality, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and procedures.
• Knowledge of all kitchen sections and practical cooking skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to train and motivate a kitchen brigade.
