Arcade Covent Garden is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our leadership team. You will steer a sizeable kitchen brigade across multiple brands within one site, delivering high-quality, innovative dishes and leading menu development.

You will manage prep schedules, stock, budgeting, and maintenance while training and motivating the team. Health and safety compliance is a key priority in this dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef in high quality, high-volume environment.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of all kitchen sections.
• Creative approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
• Track record in managing, training and motivating a kitchen brigade.
• Experience in managing staff costs, scheduling and rotas.
• Experience reporting on kitchen finances and purchasing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and guide a sizeable team of chefs across multiple brands within one site.
• Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality and innovative dishes.
• Play a key role in menu development.
• Manage overall kitchen operation, incl. prep schedules, stock control, budgeting and maintenance.
• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance procedures are followed.
