Salary: £32,096 - £34,800 inclusive of sleep-ins

What we’re looking for:- Aged 22 or over (to meet Ofsted regulations)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
- A full manual UK driving licence
Your role as a Senior Support Worker:- Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
- Be a positive role model, helping children build confidence and independence
- Support children who may require high levels of care and supervision
- Lead shifts and provide guidance to the care team
- Ensure placement plans, rotas, risk assessments and safeguarding protocols are followed
- Promote education, emotional wellbeing, and a safe, supportive environment
