An established industry player is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and mentor a dedicated team in a children's home. Provision: Children's Home, 7 to 17, EBD 2 Bed
Salary: Up to £34,000 with Enhancements
Location: Swinton, Manchester
Reporting to: Deputy / Registered Manager
Desired Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR equivalent OR enrolled on
Experience: 1 year in an Ofsted-registered Children's Home
Senior Residential Support Workers (also known as Team Leaders) are dedicated to helping children with challenging backgrounds to build positive futures.
Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off, plus one additional day per month on average.
