Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker

Provision: Children's Home, 7 to 17, EBD 2 Bed

Salary: Up to £34,000 with Enhancements

Location: Swinton, Manchester

Reporting to: Deputy / Registered Manager

Desired Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare OR equivalent OR enrolled on

Experience: 1 year in an Ofsted-registered Children's Home

The role of Senior is ideally suited to someone who:

• Is currently a Senior or Team Lead seeking a new challenge with opportunities for progression. The Registered Manager will be moving into an Area/Service Manager role within 18 to 24 months, aligned with the company's growth plans in the North West. The company prefers to promote internally.
• Is an experienced Residential Support Worker looking to advance their career.

Job Overview:

Senior Residential Support Workers (also known as Team Leaders) are dedicated to helping children with challenging backgrounds to build positive futures.

Shift Pattern:

Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off, plus one additional day per month on average.
