The role involves providing high-quality care, leading shifts, and supporting young people with various needs in a nurturing environment. Ideal candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and strong leadership skills. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
️ Strong leadership skills
️ Ability to build positive relationships with young people
️ Resilience, motivation, and adaptability
️ Understanding of safeguarding and care planning
️ Good IT and record-keeping skills
️ Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
