Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader – Children's Residential Home

• Location: Oswestry, Shropshire
• Salary: £33,661 - £39,693.33 per year
• Working Hours: 2 on 4 off. 8am-11pm plus sleep
• Service: Children’s Residential Home
• Service Users: EBD
• Home: 3Bed
• Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in residential childcare
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You will be leading shifts, supporting young people in their daily activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

️ Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
