The Home: 6 Bed, PSB Home, Same Gender

Career Progression:

Compensation:

• On-Shift Time: 40 hours/week or 173 hours/month. Overtime paid.
• Sleeps: Yes plaid at £50
• Take Home (basic plus min sleep): £31,305.60- £36,659.00
• Additional Pay: £250 on completing in-house Therapeutic Training.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, or at least 60% course completion.

• Age: At least 22 years old to comply with children’s homes regulations.
• License: Valid driving license.
