Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Hartlepool
Salary: £30,014.40 per year, plus £40 per sleep-in shift, enhanced overtime rates, and mileage allowance
Working Hour: Full-time (37 hours per week, including evenings and weekends)
Number of Sleeps Required: As per rota
Pay Per Sleep: £40
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD and complex needs
Home: Number of Beds not specified
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or enrolled on)
Experience in Years: Minimum of 2 years in residential childcare
Employment Type: Permanent
