Job summary

SCR is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a team of caring, dedicated staff who support young people with emotional and behavioural disabilities. You will ensure a high standard of care at all times and help service users exercise choices, rights and decisions.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, experience with complex behaviours, and excellent communication skills. You will undergo enhanced DBS checks as part of our safeguarding process.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
• Experience with complex behaviours is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
