SCR social care is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to help improve the lives of young people. You will need NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and experience with learners with difficulties, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

The role offers excellent rates of pay, flexible working hours, paid holiday and ongoing career progression as part of our safeguarding focused team.
