Job summary

SCR social care is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker who genuinely wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. The role involves supporting vulnerable youths and contributing to their wellbeing and growth.

The successful candidate will bring NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, experience with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, and strong communication skills.

Job description
