Job summary

SCR is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker in Manchester to lead a team and deliver high standards of care for young people. You will guide staff to support service users in making choices and exercising rights, while upholding safeguarding and welfare.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare and have experience with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is required.
• Experience with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.
