Job summary

SCR social care is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to make a difference in the lives of young people in Southampton. The role requires empathy, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding.

You will have NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, experience with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, and strong communication skills. We offer excellent rates of pay, flexible hours, paid holiday, and clear career progression.
