Job summary

SCR is seeking a passionate Senior Support Worker to help transform the lives of young people. You will work with individuals who have learning difficulties or emotional/behavioural challenges, drawing on your NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare to deliver high-quality support.

The role offers flexible working hours, paid holidays, and ongoing career progression within a supportive team committed to safeguarding and positive outcomes for the young people in our care.
