Arise Recruit is working with an established housebuilder, delivering high-quality homes across the South East. We are appointing three Site Managers in Eastbourne to lead new-build projects ranging from 20 to 80 units, with a large refurbishment element on one project.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable contractor during growth, with responsibilities spanning from groundworks to handover. Strong safety, leadership and quality are essential.

• Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through handover.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain programme progress.

• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
• Build positive relations with technical, commercial and customer care teams.
