UK Residential Developer in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day site delivery for a major residential development. You will work with the wider team to keep construction moving safely, efficiently and to the required quality as the project transitions into the main build.

The role requires managing multiple trades, reading programmes, and ensuring NHBC standards are met, with strong emphasis on quality and safety on a large PLC-style site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager in residential build projects.
• Background with PLC or large volume housebuilder.
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality control.
• Experience managing multiple trades and reading programmes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the build programme from current stage through to completion.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams with proper planning and coordination.
• Maintain high build quality and NHBC compliance.
• Monitor progress against programme and address delays.
• Coordinate materials, labour and subcontractors across the development.
• Maintain health & safety, site presentation and overall quality.
