Arise Recruit is recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of an established housebuilder around Eastbourne. The role covers leadership from groundworks through to handover on projects ranging 20–80 units, including a refurbishment element on a listed building.

You will coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality to warranty provider requirements. A stable work history and proximity within 45 minutes of Eastbourne are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering new build residential developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of new build housing.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure progress and programme adherence.
• Maintain site health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
• Ensure homes are completed to warranty provider and company standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members where applicable.
• Build positive working relationships with technical, commercial and customer care teams.
