Job summary

Tetra Tech's Residential Development team in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure schemes from concept to completion.

You'll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage planning, procurement, contracts and project controls to ensure safety, programme, budget and quality across RIBA Stages 1–6. You will maintain strong client relationships and work on site 2–3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Background in civil engineering with experience in project, contract or construction management.
• Knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts is essential.
• Experience with organisations such as Environment Agency, National Highways, Natural England or local authorities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, delivery programmes, risk management and change control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage design, procurement and contract administration.
• Provide clear project reporting and leadership across stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget.
