Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major residential development and infrastructure projects from inception to completion in Aldershot, Hampshire. You will manage planning, procurement and controls across RIBA stages, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors to deliver quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership five days per week during probation, with potential hybrid arrangements post-probation and a focus on high-stakes infrastructure delivery

Qualifications

• A civil engineering background is essential.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects is required.
• Familiarity with NEC4/JCT contracts is expected.
• Eligible for Security Clearance and able to commute to Aldershot, Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and administration of infrastructure projects across RIBA Stages 1-6.
• Coordinate planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
